The Dashboard (Fig. 2) gathers key information about your prospects in one place so you can quickly identify new prospects and messages that require your attention and other tasks that you need to complete.

New Prospects Shows you all prospects with a status of New. Make sure that you are quickly following up with prospects and changing the status.
New Messages Shows you all the messages that have not been filed. Prospects are waiting for answers to some messages, but some just need to be filed. Make sure you are filing messages, after you respond, by clicking the File icon ().
Upcoming Reminders Shows you reminders for key tasks you need to do.
Visitors - Last 30 Days Lets you quickly check the number of visitors, grouped by source, who have come to your website in the last 30 days.
Received Prospects Lets you quickly check the number of new prospects you have received in the last 30 days.
Recent Prospects Online Shows you a snapshot of the prospects that have most recently visited your website. For a full list of prospects who have visited your site in the last 48 hours, click Recent Prospects Online.

Click the prospect's name anywhere in the CRM
In the Status list
Click the dropdown arrow
Click the status you want to apply
NOTE: Changing the status from New will stop the ICW from sending an automatic message
In the Actions column, click the Transfer Prospect icon ()
In the Actions column, click the Send Email icon ()
Click the subject of the message
In the Actions column, click the Reply to Message icon ()
In the Actions column, click the File icon ()
This message will then only show up in the prospects page under the Summary tab
Click Add a new reminder
In the actions column click the complete icon () to mark it as done
