The Dashboard (Fig. 2) gathers key information about your prospects in one place so you can quickly identify new prospects and messages that require your attention and other tasks that you need to complete.

Organizing the Dashboard

New Prospects Section

To view the details about a prospect on the Prospect Details Section

  1. Click the prospect's name anywhere in the CRM

To change a prospect's status

  1. In the Status list

  2. Click the dropdown arrow

  3. Click the status you want to apply

NOTE: Changing the status from New will stop the ICW from sending an automatic message

To transfer a prospect to a different agent

  1. In the Actions column, click the Transfer Prospect icon (capture1.bmp)

To send an email to a prospect

  1. In the Actions column, click the Send Email icon (image12.gif)

New Messages Section

To view a message

  1. Click the subject of the message

To reply to a message

  1. In the Actions column, click the Reply to Message icon (image12.gif)

To remove a message from the New Message section

  1. In the Actions column, click the File icon (image2.gif)

  2. This message will then only show up in the prospects page under the Summary tab

Upcoming Reminders Section

To add a reminder

  1. Click Add a new reminder

To complete a reminder

  1. In the actions column click the complete icon (task_incomplete_icon.gif) to mark it as done
